  • STEP 1. Pre-sale Appraisal

    A FREE specialist valuation is always the first step to selling with us. Our experts review your items and provide an auction appraisal, so you know the value of your items. Please use our APPRAISAL form or send us an email to bidlit@proton.me with images and information of the items you would like to sell or contact us by phone 7732267405.  

  • STEP 2. Auction and reserves

    Our team handles the entire auction process for you and we will also give advice on reserve prices where appropriate. We pack and transport the estate items to our facility, where we photograph, describe, and market your items to our vast network of collectors and professional buyers. After the
    auction, we manage payments and in-house shipping to the winning bidders.

  • STEP3. After the Auction

    You receive a full accounting for the winnings of all items consigned for auction and receive payment by bank transfer or check following the auction (providing we have received full payment from the buyer for that lot).

We can provide appraisal for you in several different ways, and have a network of specialist consultants to ensure that you are always receive the most accurate current market valuation for your item. These appraisals are free, so that you can ensure that you have all the information you need before selling your items.

We charge 22 % commission with a minimum charge of $15 per lot.

There are no additional charges for insurance, marketing or photography, you benefit from these services as part of our commission and entry fee.
